  • Materials science: High temperature superconductors; Semiconductors; Dielectrics; Thin films; Microstructures; Electrical transport characterization

  • Electronic devices and related instrumentation: Micro/nanotechnologies; Microwave passive components;  Infrared (near-IR and far-IR/Terahertz) radiation bolometric detectors for imaging applications

  • Coordinator of the EU NANOTIME project (NANostructures of Oxides for Terahertz IMaging Exploration; Marie Curie Host Fellowship Programme; 2005-09)

  • Coordinator of a French multi-training program (PPF-UPMC, Terahertz imaging, 2005-09)

  • Coordinator of the ANR Blanc 2011 project MASTHER (Miniaturized All-Solid state Terahertz HEterodyne Receiver, 2011-2015)

  • Currently developing THz imaging (cooled and uncooled) arrays
